FOOD AND PAINT (INCLUDING FACE PAINT) ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR PLAY ZONES.

In order to maintain the quality of our products, we can't set up in dirt. 

For safety reasons, we will not set up near bodies of water. 

For outdoor events, please note that the equipment can get hot when placed in direct sunlight. We strongly encourage you to place the equipment under a covered area.

1.How do I secure my event date?

To secure the event date:

-The rental agreement must be signed by the person making the payment

-A government issued photo ID must be submitted by the person making the payment

-Pay the deposit

Due to a high demand, we can't hold dates. All dates are secured once the above steps are completed.

2. How does this work?

You choose the location and we bring the fun. We will set up and break down the equipment. Each rental period is a minimum of 4 hours.

We can set up indoors or outdoors. For outdoor events, we can only set up in grass or on concrete, not dirt.  In order to maintain the quality of our products, we can't set up in dirt. For safety reasons, we will not set up near bodies of water. For outdoor events, please be aware that the equipment can get hot when placed in direct sunlight. We strongly encourage you to place the equipment under a covered area.

3. Is the Damage Fee refundable?

The damage fee is refunded within 48 hours after the party if the following terms and conditions are met:

-There are no missing or damaged pieces

-All balls are placed inside of the ball pit

-All items are placed  inside of the play area

-Additional cleaning is not required

- There are absolutely no signs of food, drinks, or paint in the play area
